Called and asked if they can fix a frozen passenger side seat belt. I was told they'd need more info about my Subaru Crosstrek and the owner would call me back. Totally blown off and never heard from them again. Seriously not the best of the rim in my opinion. Typical rim country way of doing business. Sure would love a business that actually communicates with me.
I couldn’t have broken down by a better place than this! The team at Miller are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and thorough. I was only just passing through the area, but I really appreciated the hospitality (especially them getting the busted car onto a u-haul dolly for my Dad and I). I’ll have to visit Payson again if not for the scenery, then for the outstanding community!
We gad truck issues driving ftom Phoenix. Steve and his crew were amazing and got us back on road within 2.5 hours.
Have always had great experiences with Miller Auto. Fair prices, they do great work and communicate well. I recommend Miller to anyone I know that needs work done.
