Great service during the estimate phase but that goes away if you have a problem. The words “it’s not our fault” are used quite a lot
My wife was in an accident on 1/14 and had Miller auto body come tow the car. When the tow driver was talking to us, we asked about our stuff in the vehicle. He said, take anything you need tonight and you can get the rest when you get the car. He loaded the car running onto the truck. My husband crashed my van, I didn’t have a car that could fit all my kids. Jeff knew I was in a pickle so him and his staff got my car in, and fixed it so fast! They were sooo amazing to work with! They were extremely good at communicating and upfront with costs. I got my car back and it rode smoother than before the crash!! And it was SPOTLESS!!! Great customer service and truly was just service! We needed to call their towing service to get our van off a broken pole my wife ran over that she didn't see sticking out of the ground off the side of the road. It was a dirt mound. It was 4-6" maybe. She was picking my son up from fishing. My daughter pointed it out but it was too late. They heard scraping and then stopped. I went in to get an estimate for my back tail light replacement, and they were so helpful every step of the way. They were warm and friendly, and have very fair prices. I ended up paying half the price that just about every other automobile shop in Logan had quoted me. And it took only about 15 minutes to do the actual service and I got helped right away. I highly recommend this place for any of your car repair needs.
