Angie was very responsive to my inquiry for a real estate appraisal. The report was thorough, completed in a timely manner, and priced very reasonably. She answered all my follow up questions I had with the report. I will definitely reach out when I need another appraisal.

The recent appraisal for my property was factually inaccurate in 3 ways: 1. The liveable square footage of my property was misrepresented by as much as 75 sqft. At a price of $150-$175 per square foot 75 square feet could be worth $10-$12k. When asked about the discrepancy I was told any square footage less the 100 doesn't affect value that much. 2. One of the comparable sales was listed as having a 2 car garage and a 2 car driveway when infact it was a single car garage and a single lane driveway. My driveway and garage ACT... read more

I found Angie to be very professional and thoughtful. She responded in a timely manner, every time I contacted her, and was open to the many questions we had as well as being very easy to talk to. We will absolutely seek her out in the future for additional appraisals.
