Both doctors I have seen for my rescued Treeing Walker coonhound have been wonderful! Maddie has some serious allergy issues and they have been so great about offering various options and still keeping me within my budget limitations. Very patient and I never feel pressured. The staff is also great! Thank you Dr. Link and Dr. Jenny for taking the time to answer all my questions and your diligence in finding the right combination to help Maddie tackle her allergies and skin issues!
I would give Miller 0 stars if possible. Miller twice sent me the wrong prescription for my cats, and one of the veterinarians used inappropriate language during my cat's appointment. They also failed to diagnose a condition they should have recognized, which is now costing me thousands of dollars. When I brought my cat in, they said he had gingivitis and that his sniffles were likely just because he was kind of unhealthy. They didn't test him. I only gave a 1 star bc I had to. Negative 10 would be a better rating. I will not be bringing my dogs back to this vet ever again. I brought both of them in four months. The owner of the clinic refused to spay my female dog. Now I had to pay $1341.10 for an emergency spay because she developed an infection that could have been avoided if these incompetent vets would have done their job in the first place. I highly recommend Miller Animal Clinic! My puppy has recently had some health complications and the entire staff has continuously been friendly, attentive, and supportive not only to my puppy, but me as well! I completely trust them and I am so appreciative of all they have done! Thank you!!!
