Dr. Copeland is one of the best vets we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She and her staff, especially the girls in the front office, are amazing!!!! We are so very happy to be back in Michigan and have our animals getting the best care possible!
I am so grateful to have found Miller Animal Clinic! The doctors and staff are all kind, caring and compassionate towards the animals and their humans. In the past few weeks I have had 3 of my 4 fur babies in due to an upper respiratory infection with one being hospitalized. I am beyond grateful for their help in returning my babies back to health! As long as I am in the area, I will not go anywhere else!
The other day I was at Miller ordering more preventatives for my dog, and I had expressed my disappointment in the Vectra rebate, as I had not received my free medicine the last two times I submitted the rebate. The lady who helped me behind the counter apologized on behalf of Vectra, and gave me 2 free medicines right then. A few weeks later, she called me back and said she contacted the Vectra suppliers and they are sending me 2 more FREE to my house for the trouble. We brought our kitten, Pepper, to Miller Animal Clinic for an emergency visit. Pepper had fallen from our 2nd story to the main level of our house, badly breaking her femur. Dr. Kooney and the staff at Miller took wonderful care of her. After 8 weeks with a metal rod in her leg, she is as good as new. She healed so well you'd never know the bone had been broken, no limp, no favoring the leg, nothing ...except a happy, healthy kitty and extremely grateful kitty parents. We would definitely recommend their services.
