Great clinic. Everyone is quite professional. The best veterinary care.
The front desk staff is extremely rude and give attitude about simple questions. Took my cat to get an emergency ultrasound and bloodwork. Was told multiple times I'd be getting a call by a certain day by a certain time for the results. Didn't get the call with the results until 48 hours after the time they told me they'd originally call even after calling the next day to check on the results. Had to take my cat to MSU for an emergency and had to redo all the bloodwork and ultrasounds because Miller didn't call me back when ... read more
After dealing with their extremely rude and unhelpful front desk staff I then was told false information by the vet themselves. To say that I am unsatisfied is an understatement. Do your research before letting them make any decisions for your loved ones. My dog with elevated liver enzymes was put on a medication that can cause liver failure.... after being retested her liver enzymes have tripled and was told that the drug she is on doesn’t do that. A quick google search of Carprofen will tell you different....I am not upset... read more
Call to get my puppy shots after dealing with five animals to this place and they hang up on a person and say they’re not taking anybody else this place is rancid stay away
I couldn’t be happier I chose Miller Animal. The clinic is clean and the staff is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable, especially given the top-tier care. My cat was prehistoric and an anxious boy. Dr. Drew and all the staff were so careful and gentle with him, clearly putting him at ease the best he allowed. I recently had to make end-of-life decisions for him unexpectedly and I cannot express how compassionately we were both treated with words.
