Love Dr. Miller and have gone to her for years. She will start seeing my teenage daughter this coming month.
i wouldn't know. after waiting for 45 minutes, i got up and left. as a new patient, i had no ties to choose this doctor and i didn't like the preveiw of things to come. I also was given the option to fill out paperwork on-line which I did, but apparently the "lady" doctors don't like that so i had to fill it out again when I got there.
She is amazing, her nurses are amazing. The front office/scheduling staff is the most incompetent and rude I have ever met. They are awful, especially the scheduling staff.
I have definitely found my PCP in Dr. Miller. I visited her for the first time yesterday because I haven't been feeling well. Dr. Miller and her staff were very sweet and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable with her and she was knowledgeable in her diagnosis. Im so glad I was recommended to her and I will be back for any future issues I have.
Really bad service .She spent only few minute with patient .Always in hurry .
Today I had a Dr. appt with Dr. Millers office. My appointment was at 3:45. I drove from Allen, Texas to get to my appt. I called the office at 3:55 to tlet them know I was stuck in traffic and was almost there. I arrive at the front desk at 3:59 and am aware of the 15 minute grace period. The receptionist was ready to check me in until another lady came around the corner in the receptionist office and told her that I had to reschedule my appointment.
