The most trusted Dr EVER!! I have been a patient of this very kind lady for many many years. She listens to problems mostly looking into my eyes which shows she cares. She will recommend specialist when needed and listens to feedback about their care and conduct. I have highly recommended her to family and friends who feels the same about her.
Business response:
Hi Virginia, we are so glad to hear about your positive experience with Catalyst Physician Group. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we are grateful for the chance to support you on your health journey.
I have been seeing Dr Miller for primary care over 15 years. I never feel rushed and I’m always treated with the utmost respect and care. If I wait a bit past my appointment time I never mind because I know I will have her full attention and focus when it’s my turn. Dr Miller is very knowledgeable, considerate and conscientous. She and her wonderful staff have my full confidence.
I was a number not a person. I was hurried out and told to tell the appointment desk if I needed labs drawn, last I checked I do not have a medical degree to decifer if I do or not, that would be up to the doctor. Was given cholesterol meds and told that they were optional for me. Then argued with the receptionist about how and what I made the appt for. Complete failure in my opinion as far as doctor patient relationship goes.
Love Dr. Miller, she is awesome and a unique Dr.. So glad I found her!
Dr. Miller has been our family PCP for over 12 years and she has always taken good care of us anytime we’ve been ill. She's never in a rush to see you and always shows compassion and concern for your well being.
Love Dr. Miller and have gone to her for years. She will start seeing my teenage daughter this coming month.
i wouldn't know. after waiting for 45 minutes, i got up and left. as a new patient, i had no ties to choose this doctor and i didn't like the preveiw of things to come. I also was given the option to fill out paperwork on-line which I did, but apparently the "lady" doctors don't like that so i had to fill it out again when I got there.
She is amazing, her nurses are amazing. The front office/scheduling staff is the most incompetent and rude I have ever met. They are awful, especially the scheduling staff.
I have definitely found my PCP in Dr. Miller. I visited her for the first time yesterday because I haven't been feeling well. Dr. Miller and her staff were very sweet and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable with her and she was knowledgeable in her diagnosis. Im so glad I was recommended to her and I will be back for any future issues I have.
