Craig is awesome. He brought in a resident to our facility today and the room wasn't quite ready, but he immediately jumped in and helped. He was super helpful and kind. He is a great representation of your company!!
Management is disappointing, unprofessional, and can’t handle complex and/or difficult situations.
It has taken me a while to be able to post this review, but I just want to tell these people thank you. My mother was very unexpectedly given a terminal diagnosis in February. She was at Baptist hospital and the only thing she wanted was to be able to see her grandchildren one more time. She was in extreme pain but this team did absolutely everything they could to make the ride from Winston to Emerald Isle as gentle as they possibly could. Called for out of town guest that got injured here in mt airy to transport back home. The price of the transport was out really high. They didn't file insurance or medicaid.They wanted cash all at once. We are talking $4000.00. Up front.
