I met Chris initially through his meditation classes, which led to us doing I Ching readings together. Chris has a true gift for holding space for others. In our sessions I feel welcome to be and express my whole self, in all of the nuanced and conflicting way it shows up. Chris takes time to navigate the whole person holistically through evaluating medical history, the emotional, the spiritual, and all the interweaving facets. Definitely recommend.
