The price is way too high, especially when parents are required to pay to sit here and all the staff are on their phones. Then they seem irritated when they’re asked a question. Do better Castle Rock. At least it’s clean and my kids enjoy it.
I used to really love this place for my kids, but recently it’s become overly managed and ridiculous. For started my son plays football, I have to watch him during practice. I had a team member tell me as an adult, I was sitting on the wrong side of a wall to watch to with no one else in the building. I’m sorry but who cares if I’m sitting at a table? It’s really fun for all ages! My little cousin always invites my whole family to her birthday parties here! Pool and slide are nice but trampoline is very expensive! Also came here with family friends once and climbed the hill and did the zip line
