I arrived a little early for my mammogram. The gal at the window was nice and gave me an ipad to check my info. I returned it and then she did an address change for me. After a short wait i was taken back to a room by Charity. She asked me to verify my last mammogram information but i couldn’t recall the exact date and place and it made her very annoyed towards me. Sadly, I must say my interaction when attempting to make an appointment for a mamogram was not one I would expect from a medical office. I was denied an appointment due to the fact I could not produce the results of my last mamogram or location it was taken at. The women I spoke with told me, I could not be schedule without this period. What the radiologist can't read it and must have something to compare to. What if I have never had a previous managram. NO, NO, NO. These ppl lie a lot. I went here for a mammogram and twice they told me it was abnormal. I was scared. I asked for an appointment asap to deal with their concerns and they said the only thing they had available was two months away. My God, I could have been dying and they won’t help. I had not eaten in weeks, I was convinced I had breast cancer, imagine the turmoil, my life just stopped, as well as my family. Staff was helpful with questions about directions to the facility when confirming my appointment. Office was comfortable and tech was friendly and pleasant.
