Attached is not a full representation of all the times the water supply was cut off for the day. It happened so often that I should have asked for compensation from my landlord. Great location Great concierge (they will handle your parcels!) Great place to *rent*, although there appears to be a pest problem, I swear they come out of the drain in the bathroom. Look somewhere else to stay, avoid this building, too many issues with leaking and shut down water frequently, you won't have peaceful life, building manager also very rude, also good luck with landlord, your unit probably thrashed with the leaks.

They shut down frequently for maintenance of hot and cold water and closed during the day. and they inspected the fire alarm check the door of the house Very often come into your house very often 4-5 times a year This does not include your real estate agent's annual inspection, until you don't have time to be private I can't think that they do as standard in NSW. they are invading the privacy of the residents.
