I have a best way pool that I’ve used for 2 years prior. I’ve had issues with keeping the pool water clear. The staff checked my water and advised to use a 5 in 1 tablet. I was buying my chemicals previously at bargain outlets but I paid slightly more here and well worth the investment. My pool has stayed clear all summer. Very helpful staff!

Terrible customer service. This company does not do what they say and just keeps making promises they don't keep.
I was a customer for more than 5 years with Millennium, in a previous home and one service in my current. Previously they were slow to respond but provided good service and I did not have many issues. However we were having issues with our cover and pump at our opening this year, and I left a message to talk to Nick who did not return my call. I waited 2 weeks and again called back, the woman I spoke with indicated that she would have Nick call me. But again no phone call. I called back the next day and got the same response... read more
