Worked here for a little over a year. Very lousy work environment. There is no group collaboration and it really is sink or swim. This place really lacks professionalism. I've heard a woman engineer get screamed at inside the open bay, where probably 300 people overheard these grown men act like teenagers. Managers have a chip on their shoulder and feel above the peasants below them. They lack proper communication and ignore weekly status updates. Was supposed to have an interview with this company. I had the zoom meeting login and everything. Come time for the interview and the interviewer never dialed in. When I tried calling the company it always went to voicemail with no option to leave a message. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.
