Terrible customer service. Can't answer simple questions.
Karlee was amazing to work with! Device came quickly and was super easy to set up and the team was super helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative company!
My Dr. told me I needed a sleep study and sent me to the hospital sleep lab, but the price was going to be 5x the cost of this sleep study through the same insurance and they couldn’t get me in for 6 months. Millennium Sleep Lab was able to send the equipment right away and it was super easy to do the test. I would highly recommend to anyone who is trying to save time and money!! This team was a pleasure to work with. Karlee was very helpful!
Really disappointing experience with scheduling, my appointment was from 8am, I especially got a babysitter to watch my baby prior to have this meeting, I was having connection issues on my end logged in by 8:06am latest (I emailed the provider) and eventually called their number when no one was in the meeting , I was informed they had already left the meeting, no email reach out or msg before leaving/no communication.
