I have had the most difficult experience with acquiring an at home sleep study but it has never been Millennium’s fault. There have been major issues with my own healthcare provider and with Fedex but Millennium has been more than understanding and has made the process as easy as possible. Alex, my representative, has been so helpful through the entire process. The sleep study itself is so easy to use and really not that bad to sleep in. Thanks Millennium and Alex!!
Millennium Sleep Lab provided a great experience. It was nice to be able to do my sleep testing in my own bed instead of a lab. The device was super easy to use and came with clear instructions. The customer service team was easy to get ahold of - they were kind and answered all of the questions I had.
Spoke with a representative. Set up a virtual consultation . Was never told I'd be charged in relation as I provided all applicable insurance information - contacted MONTHS later for a $75 bill.
Easy process, easy to understand sleep study, and friendly staff and doctors!
