This is the first review I've ever written on Google but I felt like I needed to after dealing with these slimeballs. To start with a positive, the process leading up the study was quick, easy straightforward, well communicated and had thorough follow up. The entire process once I got the results felt like a cash grab. I'll spare you the suspense - they're gonna push a PAP device on you. During a routine cleaning visit with my dentist, I was randomly asked to participate in a "test" for sleep issues. I inquired of cost and was told it was free. They would perform the test in the dental office and someone would contact me to go over the results, so I agreed. I was contacted by a representative of Millenium Sleep Labs (Melissa) and was told the first step was to have a tele-health visit with their office. I have had the most difficult experience with acquiring an at home sleep study but it has never been Millennium’s fault. There have been major issues with my own healthcare provider and with Fedex but Millennium has been more than understanding and has made the process as easy as possible. Alex, my representative, has been so helpful through the entire process. The sleep study itself is so easy to use and really not that bad to sleep in. Thanks Millennium and Alex!!

Millennium Sleep Lab provided a great experience. It was nice to be able to do my sleep testing in my own bed instead of a lab. The device was super easy to use and came with clear instructions. The customer service team was easy to get ahold of - they were kind and answered all of the questions I had.
