Very disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unprofessional and rushed through everything. I didn’t get the result I expected, and the hygiene standards were not up to the mark. Definitely not coming back.
[Not for the curly hair] Mid. & I'm trying to be nice with this review. They do not specialize in curly hair and will rush your session just to get the job done. I have 3c curly hair, and she first wet it and then gave me 3 levels of layers. As well as short bangs, when I specifically asked her not to! I'll need to grow out my hair *yet again* because of this session. I'm so upset.
They do a nice job but they do not listen to or follow your request on your eyebrows. I have been here 2x to 2 different people and they both did the same thing acted like they understood what I wanted confirmed what I wanted and still did what they wanted to do to my eyebrows.
Love this place Mariam and Ola are both amazing at eyebrows, very friendly and clean. Definitely recommend.
