Our family had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience with a lifeguard at Indian Acres Thornburg, VA. We walked through an open gate with no signs or indication that the area was restricted. Another lifeguard even saw us and said nothing. Very unprofessional and disrespectful team of lifeguards assigned to Indian Acres at Thornburg, VA. The owner needs to train them in how to talk to customers properly. I work as a Superintendent that manages workers I recommend the owner to take this seriously.
One of their marked cars just drove through our neighborhood going 50 mph in a 15 zone for no really other than they were late. There are kids and dogs all around this neighborhood. For this alone I would never hire this company or anyone associated with it. If you’re going to be an idiot on the road don’t put other peoples lives in danger and certainly don’t do it in a marked car with your companies information on it all because you were running late. Hold your drivers accountable.
Type of people to cut you in line. Don’t recommend
