This was quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had an emergency leak at our property and called Millennium for assistance. We would not be on site when the technician arrived so we requested a call prior to arrival to explain the situation. The man on the phone repeatedly yelled that there was an emergency fee and would not listen to our simple request. He was incredibly rude and said he didn’t care if we used their service.
