I got a Garbage disposal restart on 8/24 and it stopped working again a week after. They applied the money I paid for the restart to a full replacement when it stopped working so I didn’t have to pay in full on 9/16 when I got a full replacement of the garbage disposal. The customer service was great and they didn’t argue with me about price and didn’t argue with me about anything. Very kind, very nice and easy to work with.
My first experience with Millenium plumbing was in spring. Shawn made an immediate and memorable impression. He came later than his normal hours and accommodated my schedule. He helped snake my main line to clear a clog that caused a toilet to back up. Quick, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was an awesome guest. This was quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had an emergency leak at our property and called Millennium for assistance. We would not be on site when the technician arrived so we requested a call prior to arrival to explain the situation. The man on the phone repeatedly yelled that there was an emergency fee and would not listen to our simple request. He was incredibly rude and said he didn’t care if we used their service.
