The absolute worst and nastiest customer service. The nurse on the phone should be ashamed. What a terrible and nasty attitude, shameful. Im calling for clarification about insurance and she was just so rude and mean. She was literally acting like it was killing her to speqk to me. Shame on texas oncology. I'm in a stressful situation and she's adding on to it with such a dreadful attitude.
Waited 30-40 minutes to be seen and staff completely ignored me
Physicians here don't even know how to tip or add. Becareful they order hundreds of dollars of food delivered and tip very low 20 bucks. Exploiting delivery drivers. Intentionally not tipping. Did they learn to add in school? 20 percent is the norm.
