My 87 yr old mother had an appointment for 3pm. Apparently, someone made a computer mistake and they said we did not have an appointment even though I showed them the paperwork that clearly showed we had an appointment. They claimed they did not have our insurance information even though one of the staff said they did have it on file. They should have worked us in since it was their mistake.
