I gave them my mom's new insurance for update. But one year later they billed her $384 because they used her old insurance. Billing department is doing terrible jobs. Call them many calls and they always said they will but never update new insurance. All they want to get money from my pocket
it was 10/10 the imaging staff and front desk! im a hard stick and the needle insertion did not hurt !!!
I'd give 2 1/2 stars if i could, but decided to round down. My mother's experience wasn't pleasant at all. First impression was already awful, and the staff didn't do a good job to redeem the impression. The job gets done, but the execution is presented with no compassion or empathy. I would not recommend going, unless you don't care how you are treated.
Run away before you step inside especially if you are a senior, do you hear me? The medical assistant at the front desk is very rude and impatient to everyone. All of the employees hesitate as if they are scared to draw your blood that consist of trying more than one time. Please understand that all patients are human beings and not lab rats or Guinea pigs.
