Interesting dynamic with this urologist. Definitely not patient centric. Cindy (admin asst), and Morgan (front desk help, apparently very new) have zero patient care skills and treat you like a number. Dr. will NOT answer any questions or return a call and staff will patronize the F out of you to make themselves feel in control, when in reality without patients they would be working temp jobs.
