I was excited to get a new local doctor and I have full coverage insurance. I got the bill just for my first appointment of meeting them for over $260. So there must be some kind of mistake they said. Nope, that's what it is I said okay that will be my last time going there

2 f-ing hours waiting to be seen but that's ok the Doctor will be right with you it's ok for us to wait 2 hours but if your 10 minutes late you have to reschedule

Had a good experience at first, until you actually need them. Sitting for four days in pain seeking advice and all I get is, Chris with Michelle Murphy's office which is unprofessional, doesn't listen, attempts to talk down to a patient. After having to follow up on my own every day. I still haven't spoken with my primary care. She just has this rude person gate keeping for her. Or I guess she no longer cares. I'd recommend going elsewhere if even the minimal level of care is important to you.

It’s sad when the front desk cannot even verify your insurance. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and hung up. I can only imagine what would happen if I decided to become a patient.
