New in the area and this place was recommended. Extremely busy location. Moves pretty quick though and I felt comfortable throughout.
Very friendly front staff and wonderful health care providers. I can't say enough great things and how great my provider Libby is. I travel quite a few miles in order to have my health care needs taken care of by Libby, absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.
Not even worth one star. Never have I had to beg for my records to be sent to my new provider. I am not even in the area anymore and that does not matter to them. I have been going back and forth with them for months. My health has gotten worse due to this delay in care. There are rules against this and I will report this office. Do better. Follow your oath to do no harm!!!!
You can never reach an office only call centers, even in emergencies. Specialty departments like cardio and Urology are horrible. The only reason we stayed with them is for Dr Ramirez. Now that Dr Ramirez is leaving, im taking the family business elsewhere. The hassles and follow through and rudeness are overwhelming, I am so sorry for any elderly persons who do not have advocates bcz these systems could honestly are less about thier health
