Rude staff and doctors
I called to assist my mom with her new insurance and her first appointment at the office. With the questions that were asked to figure it all out, I was highly impressed with Brandy's patience and kindness. Dr Cheri Martir is our newest Doctor in Sebring, Florida. We are newer to the area and we needed to change our primary from Naples, Florida. Dr. Martir is thorough and great at communication. The Ladies at the check in, are polite and helpful which is nice when you are new to the area. The young man, Richard, who helped us initially is very welcoming as well.
