Rude staff except one person...dr lugo is great but his staffing and referall debt do not know how to do their job had to go to another group to get it done correctly would not recommend not even for a pet to go there so disappointed
I had appt at 11.00 am which is what is wrote on the paper. I go in @10:45. And waited over 8 mins to get check in because both front desk was on the phone. Once she was done I told her I was checking in. She told my appt was cancel because I was late .. I said my appt is at 11. She said no it was at 10:40. I said why on the paper has 11. The messaging service is awful. Lots of people complaining about calling and waiting to get a call back. It’s too complicated.
