This group is a nightmare to work with. I am thinking about changing Drs. I have the same doctor for 15years. Millennium is no good.
Used the portal to tell them my insurance is running out and i needed my meds refilled was told to call the office for a sooner appointment I call the office and was told they Couldn't find an appointment before the newyear im diabetic and dealing with this place is awful they say use the portal but will only respond once to a message. This place is horrible
I love my doctor she is so amazing and knowledgeable she pinpointed and actually worked on helping me out of this sick I have felt for almost 5 years but last two was terrible. I found Dr. Gnanambal Manivel and it’s been three months seeing her and my improvement it’s amazing she went above and beyond to listen was compassionate understanding and when I can’t think myself knew what to ask to find answers to help me feel better and back to work. Truly a nightmare money grab. Choose a practice that cares about you and your health, it’s not here. Dr. Manivel Is the worst doctor ive ever seen in my life. She talks over you, doesn’t listen, and will make you come back for an appointment every month with each one somehow having no resolution to speak of. Shes classless, rude, and overall a waste of time. I’ve had 3 different health issues ive wasted over a year trying to get any medication, answers, or advise for but she is just after $$$. I went in today for a new-patient visit to continue prescriptions I’ve had responsibly for 13 years. Dr. Kwan refused to provide them and instead tried to refer me to a specialist—something no previous primary care physician has ever required. When I asked if another doctor in his group might be more knowledgeable and able to help, he simply said, “You can call and ask.” Before I left, he made the remark, “We’re not a candy store,” which was completely unprofessional and insulting.
