Billing dept. is impossible to reach. They do not call back and I am stuck paying a higher bill because they do not know how to bill insurance properly with the correct codes. I have made 3 trips to the clinic to be told they cannot help me because no one at their location does billing. Do not come to this clinic if you hope to use your insurance properly.
I’m absolutely delighted with the staff very friendly and professional. I have been finally adulting and getting healthier. These people make me feel at ease and explain everything in layman’s terms. I actually look forward to working with them to make a better life for myself.
Place routinely orders hundreds of dollars of food for the staff without tipping the driver. Has a funky odor hanging about also, would not recommend.
Dr. Nair is a great doctor, she explains everything, easy to understand. Staff is wonderful.
