Dr Nall is very good and the office people are very nice.
All can say is IT'S ABSOLUTELY AWFUL & Sucks. Worst 1 I've ever been too. Don't waste your time or your health coming here. I gave them the benefit of dought. Which I regret!! Jose shouldn't be a PA. Rude with a God complex!!! Appointments kept getting cancelled. Try WellMed it's such major an improvement. This place sucks. I feel sorry for the girls in front working here.
Jose is rude & will hold you Medically Hostage if he doesn't like you. Completely incompetent, made to make my own appointment with my ENT but was cancelled 4 different times because of wrong or incomplete authorization codes. Office manager CiCi doesn't pick up her phone. Just needed my old tube removed to stop the vertigo. So Sad..Thank God it wasn't something more serious!! Zero out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been s patient here for several years and I would recommend them.
