I have no way of rescheduling my appointment for lab work. One line is disconnected and the other is not available. The disconnected line was the same over a month ago when I called for my first appointment. Not a happy camper.
I had blood work drawn down town on 6.19.24 @ 7:30 I have always had good experience, the girl that called me, addressed me by last name only, she never gave me her name. When she was searching for a vein I told her where I always have my blood drawn I said this is where everybody gets my blood, she said very rude "well I'm not everybody, and pulled her gloves off and left without saying why she did that One star is being nice
