I would give them five stars but the location they are at on west interlake is awful. There is hardly any parking. When I bring my sister for her appointments we lucked out because after a few time circling around someone was backing from a space. She has serious mobility issue and is on a walker. I would park somewhere and walk if its my appointment but can't do that with sis. Hope they find a better location....oh...wait they did by the hospital!

Parking isn't sufficient but the care is outstanding. They haven't been there long, I used to see them at Dr. Campbell's old office, by the Lk. Placid Hosp. then they moved here recently on the round about. I love my Primary Nicole Lorden she is always on top of our care. She's easy to talk to and professional. Thank you to all the staff for patience and always there to answer questions. Your all a 10+.

Great Medical practice. The problem is the parking is insufficient for how many patients are scheduled. They need to make more spaces.

They refused to set up an appointment because my medical records form had not come in yet, even though they were informed that I was nearly out of my inhaler, a potentially life-saving medication. I was told that they have a “process” that they have to go through. Apparently their arbitrary, self-imposed process is more important than the Hippocratic Oath.
