I made an appointment as a new patient, when I tried to make one for my husband I got the run around. And my appointment was denied by the lake placid office because we need to make appointments in person? If I wasn't trying to get an appointment for my husband I would have gone to the office and they would not see me. I tape record all my phone calls, so I can provide proof of how I was treated.
