Not sure why the bad reviews. Everyone I encountered here was honestly terrific. Good attitudes, helpful, smiles, efficient; what more could you ask for? Even the prices are terrific for self-pay. Had to wait about 20 min past my appt time, but getting backed up happens. But overall excellent experience. Very friendly and nice overall from the two ladies at the front desk to the MRI technician and his assistant, to the X-ray technician. Rude. Loud. Boisterous. Condescending. Heartless. The front desk is very nice as gatekeepers but once you get past that look out because the nurses are rude, the radiologist come in and are loud and disrespectful to you. They told me they needed the money upfront. They told me they were going to do a CAT scan with contrast and barium even though my script said otherwise. Techs were excellent, the attending physician doing the reading was amazingly kind, I left feeling lighter up until I had to check-out. The front desk personnel can get lost. I was quoted $336 THREE TIMES — by my doctor’s office, again when the receptionist from said office made the appointment for me, she confirmed the self-pay price over the phone & the third time when I called to make sure I took the correct amount of cash with me to the appointment.
