I've been seeing Gina for over a year. I had broken my femur & spent 9 days in Trauma & 3 months in a rehab which drugged me up with 600 mg of gabapentin which incapacitated me so I couldn't go to PT. Gina immediately removed several drugs I was on & i was able to have a PT come to my house. Within a few months I went from a vegetable to being able to walk & be independent. Have been going here for over a year. I see Rebecca and she's great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been going to Dr. Platts office for four years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. When my family and I need care quick we always get taken care of. APRN Mrs. Rebecca and the nurse Mrs. Tori always treats us like family especially with my five year old. The front staff ladies are always sweet and my little one loves coming to the doctor because of them. If you want a down to earth medical team please go see them.
DO NOT USE this office or doctors. UNETHICAL PRACTICES FRAUDULENT and LIARS!!!! My daughter went there for an annual appointment and labs which is covered 100% by insurance. When my daughter was seen by APRN, Rebecca Adams, Rebecca asked my daughter about another issue she had last year and my daughter answered the question. They (Millennium Physician Group - Green Cove Springs Primary-Care) then claimed to insurance that it was NOT a well visit which is covered 100% but instead MPG said it was a regular visit not covered by... read more
