I would like to start by saying that I would give 5 stars for Gina Mele. She is a phenomenal physician, listens to her patients and genuinely cares about them. I would give 1 star to reception, which is why I am leaving this review. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a disc herniation and was told I could be seen today at 11:15am. I've been seeing Gina for over a year. I had broken my femur & spent 9 days in Trauma & 3 months in a rehab which drugged me up with 600 mg of gabapentin which incapacitated me so I couldn't go to PT. Gina immediately removed several drugs I was on & i was able to have a PT come to my house. Within a few months I went from a vegetable to being able to walk & be independent. Have been going here for over a year. I see Rebecca and she's great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been going to Dr. Platts office for four years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. When my family and I need care quick we always get taken care of. APRN Mrs. Rebecca and the nurse Mrs. Tori always treats us like family especially with my five year old. The front staff ladies are always sweet and my little one loves coming to the doctor because of them. If you want a down to earth medical team please go see them.
