Dr. Tribuzios practice used to be a pleasure to go to. The Millenium group is not. May as well be a factory to churn out widgets.
I have always been greeted by a professional and friendly front desk and check out staff member. My medical needs have always been well attended to. My providers, Dr. Todd DeVane, and Jennifer Harper have provided me with the utmost of professional, knowledgeable, comprehensive and compassionate care. The patient portal states I should receive a response within one business day. It has been 4 days and I have not received a response. I am not sure their definition of a business day. I understand they are busy, but a courtesy call would be nice.
Our longtime Dr. at Mellenium Fernandina was/is fantastic and we saw him for over 20 yrs, but we chose to leave Millenium because they charged me for a blood test that I fought through Medicare, and Medicare said "the provider is responsible for this bill" - yet, Millenium continues to constantly harass us over $19.00 - so we understood Millenium's main concern is money - NOT human beings. Even though the providers may be great - I'd stay away from Millenium.
