i just called the Fernandina office to reschedule an appointment and the robot voice was so dry and impersonal when you call your doctors office you should talk to a real caring person. if this is what it has come to i may have to look elsewhere.

I Absolutely Have Had the BEST Medical Interaction/EXPERIENCE with Miss Sorcha McCarthy as My Physician at Millennium. I Just Cannot Believe How Completely Human and Understanding She Is. She Takes Time to Listen to You and Has Compassion and Doesn't Rush You Thru. The Staff Has ALWAYS Been Courteous and Very Pleasant and Helpful with Anything from Appointments to Helping with the App. Or Passwords ( trivial things). Huge disappointment! Failed to refill routine medications from previous Pcp after two visits to orchestrate this. Lack of communication. Dr. Holly Hamilton failed to disclose and specify that she was going to pick and choose which medications to refill and which she would try to get another copay to refill in the future. Office staff (telephone), her P.A., and doctor all shared the same uncaring attitude, lack of concern for patient needs, and common courtesy even after they failed to fulfill basic Pcp tasks. I saw Dr. Holly Hamilton and she was the coldest, rudest provider I have ever had. She totally dismissed most every thing I said. I tried to get information about my labs after I left and they wouldn't return my call. Very bad experience and I won't return

They are so good. On time s PA Neely for an annual physical. Took plenty of time before & after, which tells me they don’t overbook as so many practices do. Had cholesterol blood test check & he was on time & very cordial. And it’s great they have a walk-in emergency clinic next door too!! A truly professional practice.
