The booking experience can be deceiving. They canceled my appointment on the morning of and said the doctor I booked was not actually taking new patients. I was recommended this practice and a specific doctor by a coworker who had struggled with chronic pain and finding someone to take her seriously. I've been living with chronic pain since I was ten (parents never bothered checking it out) that has gotten worse as I aged. i just called the Fernandina office to reschedule an appointment and the robot voice was so dry and impersonal when you call your doctors office you should talk to a real caring person. if this is what it has come to i may have to look elsewhere.
I Absolutely Have Had the BEST Medical Interaction/EXPERIENCE with Miss Sorcha McCarthy as My Physician at Millennium. I Just Cannot Believe How Completely Human and Understanding She Is. She Takes Time to Listen to You and Has Compassion and Doesn't Rush You Thru. The Staff Has ALWAYS Been Courteous and Very Pleasant and Helpful with Anything from Appointments to Helping with the App. Or Passwords ( trivial things).
