The gave me an appointment for 9 am when I arrived they took my copay and didn't say anything then told me I was supposed to be there an hour earlier and that I would have to reschedule the appointment. I think it's very sloppy since the move. I have a hand written appointment card and calendar notation stating a 9 o'clock appointment. Huge hassle! I'm going to look for different doctors.
