I had made an appointment for a preop evaluation made three weeks ago as a new patient. I have Medicare Blue Cross advantage. I was told at the time of the appointment that this was accepted and over the next three weeks I was contacted numerous times to make sure I was coming to the office via texting, email and through the phone. Dr is good but the group billing practices are questionable. They set my mother up for appointments which she expected to be covered by her Medicare and supplement insurance only to find out she has a balance due to her insurance only covering them. No one told her that when they made appointments for her. Wonder how many other elderly patients have had it done to them. Sounds like a scam just like auto mechanics telling you that your warranty is void if you don’t rotate tires and change ac filters

As a stay at home Mom with no insurance, I used to pay upfront out of pocket for all my visits..Had been going to this office for years. Now the office tells me because of their policy they can't see me unless I have insurance. Very disappointing and upsetting..Now I have to change Drs after years of going to that office..thanks a lot Millennium physicians whose stupid idea was it to not let patients pay upfront for their visits?
