Absolutely terrible communication and patient experience. I submitted an online request to make an appointment because I’m dealing with some concerning medical issues. I have been with Sharon for some time. Since December 2025 I was made an appointment without me making it, had to cancel and do it for January. Now it’s an insurance claim issue and having to pay up front due to story about my deductible being 500, but no claim has been submitted to my insurance carrier? What is going on with this I pay for insurance for a reason. Not good to do this to your patients and not be honest about it.

Dr. Gower is an excellent physician who is courteous and knowledgeable and explains things so you understand them. He has restored this old nurse's view of the newer medical professionals and gives me hope for the future of medicine.
