Dr. Gower and his staff are the bomb. He answers his emails, he cares aboht his patients and he listens. Other doctors cant take the time but Dr Gower does. He is olde school.

Called as a new patient and set up an appointment for nearly 2 months out. I told the older lady on the phone who sounded as if she just woke up while her baby, or someone's child, wailed in the background. I would pay at time of visit and that I was self pay. Her lack of concern and care about anything pertaining her job should have been seen as a red flag. I ignored it and went about my day until I got the email to register and fill out forms. Went and scheduled, talked to a live person. Filled out all paperwork online, then clicked check in and filled out more paperwork. Hours later was called and asked if I forgot to add insurance card to account. I told the rep I was self pay and have no insurance. Got the sorry, we don't deal with self pay and will not take cash or credit card payment, debit, barter for a goat, allow interpretive dance, or anything else considered forms of payment beyond milking the insurance companies for ludicrous amounts of money for normal... read more

Scheduled an appointment over a month in advance, only to have it changed two days before. The only notification was an automated email. When I called to ask about it, staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Find somewhere else.
