They lied to me about sending my referrals to put doctor three times, then lied on their blood work, talking to somebody is impossible to get on the phone, the office is completely understaffed and customer service is in the pits, I'm done, just adding to this post previously of last week still haven't got my oxygen ordered me to get oxygen still waiting on referrals, calling the better Business bureau, this place is the absolute worst should be shut down
Can't get the same Dr twice. Can't get them to answer their phones. They switch you to another location without telling you. All around awful experience. Do Not Recommend!
Absolutely the worst practice. Not just this specific location of theirs, either. Every single appointment gets canceled. Every single one! Absolutely trash! I guess I will wait to be septic to be seen! I am searching for a new provider. I started off at one Palmetto location, that doctor quit, so they moved me to a different Palmetto location and that lady quit or moved and now the first appointment with yet ANOTHER new person and it gets canceled with zero regard as to why I had the appointment in the first place or what e... read more
