Before Millennium took over I felt heard, respected and cared for. I now feel like just another patient. I love Dr. Ron Fleming. I followed him from Duke to Durham Internal Medicine and now because I am unemployed and on Wellcare Medicaid and have a balance They will not let me schedule an appointment. Im status post gallbladder removal and a copay prevents me from receiving follow up care. I have to find a new doctor who doesn’t know anything about me. I’m past disappointed. What a bad service. I have been calling for 3 days to reach out for someone to talk about my recent bill and zero answers.. don’t go there .
Edit: still seeing my doctor here and I still love the place. I'm rarely waiting long and the staff has been very friendly and easy to speak with every time. They're very easy to contact and they take my care very seriously. Original: I've only had one appointment here, but everyone was very friendly and I never waited very long at any point in the process. I had all my issues addressed and blood drawn and I was in and out in just under an hour. Lovely place. I've already recommended it to my siblings.
Millennium Physician Group the worst: I had an appointment for labs and because I'm self pay and I didn't bring payment with me I was told I couldn't be seen. Then to receive a call the next day saying I missed my appointment. I explained no, I didn't miss my appointment I was told I couldn't be serviced.
