I’ve been waiting for Dr. Ron Fleming to send the direcection for a medication that he sent in for me with no directions , I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks and to no avail, is it that he just don’t care, does he know he sent in no directions I have also been callin everyday for the last three weeks and no one can tell me anything, this is unacceptable and not fair to me !! I have been without medication for three weeks this is totallly unacceptable
Before Millennium took over I felt heard, respected and cared for. I now feel like just another patient. I love Dr. Ron Fleming. I followed him from Duke to Durham Internal Medicine and now because I am unemployed and on Wellcare Medicaid and have a balance They will not let me schedule an appointment. Im status post gallbladder removal and a copay prevents me from receiving follow up care. I have to find a new doctor who doesn’t know anything about me. I’m past disappointed. What a bad service. I have been calling for 3 days to reach out for someone to talk about my recent bill and zero answers.. don’t go there .
Millennium Physician Group the worst: I had an appointment for labs and because I'm self pay and I didn't bring payment with me I was told I couldn't be seen. Then to receive a call the next day saying I missed my appointment. I explained no, I didn't miss my appointment I was told I couldn't be serviced.
