Service was wonderful but they use the email and text to harass regarding billing issues. I have a zero co-pay zero deductible and they are not doing their job properly so they are blowing up my emails blowing up my text even on a Sunday. I am being harassed for the balance on the account because they failed to bill my secondary insurance.. By law you’re not allowed to collect on debts, but yeah, I got a text message at 10:17 this morning Sunday morning will do because they didn’t build my secondary insurance properly.
