Absolutely horrible. My grandfather had a appointment with them. They released my grandfather when he was.going into afib saying he was fine. The NP Amanda is not only extremely incompetent at her job, but rude. Do not go here. They almost killed my grandfather
If You Care About Your Health, Stay Away From This Practice! This office, including Dr. Chaudhari and the staff, is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and seem more harmful than helpful. I called every day last week, left messages on the portal twice, and still didn’t get a response. I have never had a worse experience at a doctors office. I just moved here and needed a primary care doctor. Options are limited so I settled for Anjana Chaudhari. It was the worst decision I could have ever made. No one answers the phone in the office directly. The only people you can speak with is the appointment line. They tried to charge me for a free physical exam covered by my insurance. The doctor cost me thousands of dollars by not checking with my insurance provider first. Amazing, I live in Jacksonville but they scheduled me an appointment in Ft Myers ‼️ Somebody needs to wake up.
Re-scheduled my appointment last minute and nobody bothers calling back. Avoid this place. Booked my appointment 2 months in advance.
