To say I was scared about physical therapy and my expectations… but the family environment and care made me feel right at home. As a local resident, I found this physical therapy location during one of the hardest times in my life. I was recently diagnosed with skin cancer and underwent a major procedure in July. By mid-August, I started physical therapy to rebuild my strength. At that time, I couldn’t walk up or down stairs and needed a walker to get around. Been coming here since June and it’s consistently been a great experience. The entire team is helpful, listens, and works to get you better. They have a great energy and thrilled to see when progress is made. Every session starts with work STIM to prep and relax the muscle(s) then some massage to further relax and stretch and then you get a good session of exercises that challenge you.
