I attempted to get a gel manicure as a walk-in. No one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in as I sat in the waiting area for 23 minutes. The salon is lovely and I really looked forward to the visit. Unfortunately, the lack of positive Customer Service was disappointing. Fortunately, I will give them another try on another day and hope for the best. UPDATE: I returned for a pedicure with Michelle. My experience was lovely. I will return for pedicures. For 20 years I've been going here and I NEVER leave disappointed. My nails always look amazing!! Amy, Michelle, Amy, Gam, and Sam are absolutely wonderful, they've created a clean, relaxing, family atmosphere. From acrylic, gelx, designs, dip, eyebrows, lashes, and waxing plan a day and pamper yourself you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Amy for years and the new salon is beautiful! Have not gone anywhere else in the past 10+ years I’ve been getting my nails done and will not be going anywhere else as long as this salon is open!
