While checkn for address. I see these negative comments but they're so true! I calld a week ago & was told they never heard of my insurance. A week later received an empty voicemail. When I calld #, I was told a message was left telling me of an 8/4, 11:30a. I arrived even though Google said they were closed at 11:13a but no one answered the door. I calld, put on hold to be told my appt was 8/5 @ 11:15a. I cancelled. SMGDH 🤬

I made a confirmed appointment, then when get here. There were no one. Them I called keep hanging up on me. I Don’t recommend doing business with These unprofessional people.

I made and confirmed an appointment with this office via phone, then received a call that they wanted to reschedule me a week later. Fine, I thought. Arrive for my appointment, present my insurance documentation, wait 45 minutes, and get told I would have to pay a $95 deductible for a physical. This doctor is in my insurance network, there is no deductible for preventive care in my plan, nor should I have to submit a claim for reimbursement like they instructed me to. I walked out. Steer clear.
