Absolutely loved there services
Be extremely cautious using this service. I was working as a caregiver and thats how I was forced to meet Rose. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I watched her take a patients insulin and fill the needles in her dirty van. And the instructions clearly say DO NOT EXPOSE TO SUNLIGHT. Then on a different day she used her position in her company as a way to harrass and threaten me. Rude. No phone skills.
A lot of the drivers are cool and politely get me where I need to be. However Rose, the person I contact for scheduling, is very rude. She talks to people in the most disrespectful way that no one needs to get talked to like especially being a client. It’s unprofessional. It took them 50 minutes to get me home from school without a warning even after I told her I had work in 25. The drivers aren’t bad at all and this service does get people where they need to be but Rose needs to grow up a little.
