Great customer service
My mother missed two appointments within two weeks due to scheduling “ miscommunication”. I left a voicemail to speak with a supervisor and got a return call from Kieth. Is Kieth the supervisor because I find that hard to believe. He was incredibly reactive and irritated that I was trying to make a plan to insure this did not happen again. He did re call a plan to text the voicemail that is left to ensure but did not skip a beat in his tone and talking over me showing his steady frustration. Rose is the rudest person and they need to deal with her attitude problem. I don't care if she is family or been there for years. She needs to check herself. She will be the reason you all lose customers!
