BEWARE everyone looking for employment at this company - I'd definitely pass working for this employer!! It was the WORSE place I've ever worked at. The owner (Ian Malpass), is a lunatic. The senior people that have been with him for 10 plus years are scared to death of him and try to stay away from him when he is present at this manufacturing facility.
