I have sent an email for a simple request more than a week back.... received no response at all... extremely pathetic service.......imagine how they will treat you when you wanna settle a claim
Reception was so rude, when I was nothing but polite and nice. Constantly making mistakes on documents making us have to go back AGAIN and then AGAIN for them to fix it. Weeks would go by without an email response. Found better and way cheaper insurance somewhere else.
