I have nothing good to say about them. The house next to mine caught fire and thanks to the firefighters, friends and neighbours all I had was cosmetic damage. My renewal is September 1st and doubled in price and they haven't even started my claim yet. My rate has increased every year for the last seven years by a few hundred which I understand but, doubt when it's no fault of mine.

Having same issues as others are having on response times. Had to inconviniece my parents and take there car with a perfectly functioning car parked at home cause I can't speak to an agent sooner then 5 days. Have 3 cars insured with them, and I just sold one of them and need to switch a car from fire and theft to full coverage again so I can drive to work. Its such a joke it makes me so mad. Called TD insurance to check if this is normal nowadays and have confirmation that it's not. Same day service is still normal practice... read more
Terrible company. Rip off extended warranty won't let you cancel if though it says you can in policy
