I've been a customer with Millennium Insurance for 4 years, and this has been my worst experience. I sold my car last Monday and contacted them to transfer my insurance to my new vehicle. First I was told it would take 3 business days. After waiting, I contacted them again and was then told it would take 4 more business days. Absolutely terrible company. They literally tell you it will take 3 business days to return a phone call. What business takes 3 days to return a call? Hire more staff maybe.
Review related to changing the policy (adding a new vehicle). Considering market prices in Edmonton Millennium Insurance gave me a good rate. Chelsey Peters was really helpfull, we discussed a quote over the phone and finalized via email. Contacting help desk was pretty quick as well. Took less than 5 min to get connected.
Got ghosted by one of their agents because I asked for a quote with different coverages than the one he provided (he never even asked what I wanted, just set it up himself without even asking many questions). Some companies have rules about bare minimum coverages and refuse to write policies below that, that's one thing, but I'm not impressed by him just ghosting me and choosing to ignore me.
Today I met with Chelsey Peters in the office based on an appointment. She quickly understood my situation / needs and handled my insurance transfer quickly and explained everything very clearly. The whole process was smooth, pleasant, and professional. I really appreciate her excellent service.
