I would leave 0 stars if it was possible, the adjusters at Millennium are practically useless, making me wait multiple days for a response. They are insanely incompetent and do not deserve your trust.

There was no option for - negative rating. My niece's car met collision even though she was not at fault some hit her car from back. Even the police first report mentioned she is not at fault. It was her first time collision it should not matter as she was not at fault. Millenium insurance increased the insurance premium by $130 per month. When she asked why they are increasing the premium they don't answer. No ethics at all, beware of them.
