Dishonest business practices, utter abysmal customer service and takes a minimum of 5 days of calling them just to get ahold of anyone. And when you do is never "their" problem... this company is a joke. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!

I have been with Millenium for many many years now since my first car and now with my actual first home purchase. Zero issues, affordable rates, friendly customer service, responsive and informative. I did not even bother looking for other insurance provider. Thanks Millenium team! :)
Absolutely appalling customer service. They actively ignore you. A simple policy change is almost impossible to do. The only thing they are good for is taking your money. Go somewhere els do not get your insurance through them. I strongly believe there 5 star reviews are ether there own employees or there family not real reviews. Have already contacted the customer email and also no response at all
