I’ve dealt with a couple other insurance companies over the years. Millennium has been the best insurance company I’ve ever been with. Never had any issues in my time with them. The only reason I can no longer be with them is I am moving provinces. Thank you for your services 🙏🏻
Millennium is an absolute nightmare to deal with… after years of insurance history with them and trying to purchase 1 year of insurance at once (not financing month to month) it has taken 4 days to hear back over a text saying sorry I’ve been busy, I’ll have someone else contact you… Terrible response time, horrible customer service, and I am quite surprised they are still in business I texted back saying to cancel the call return as we were helped by another company and had pink cards writhin 1/2 hour ! They're definitely very self interested. Even with photo and physical evidence the insurance company won't budget on their 50/50 assessment when the other party was clearly at fault based on point of impact and the state of damage. Kept getting the same email back that seem to be written by AI, and then asked to get a lawyer instead. Low premiums but no accountability.
Extremely disappointed with Millennium Insurance. My premium keeps going up every year with no clear reason, which makes no sense at all. Customer service is very poor. Simple requests take days to get a response, and when you finally hear back, the answers are often unclear or unhelpful. The overall communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. This has been a very negative experience. I do not recommend this company and will be switching to another insurer as soon as possible
