I had a really terrible experience with agent Mark. The address on my account was my old address, when I asked Mark to change it to my new location, he failed to do so. Once we canceled our policy, a check was sent to the wrong address. Spent weeks waiting for this check, trusting the fact that Mark had updated the address on his end which he didn’t do so.
