My husband works there he never complain but as for me i cant never reach him on third shift on emergency. And working in ice cold rain when he is a grinder he not even got his two raises in seven months i feel everyone should rotate. He didnt get the pay rate he was promised for being experienced. I could go on but my husband needs to be treated better working in ice storm when its going to stop and route im sure picks and there well needs there turn
