Just completed my roof. Home is 30 yr old and this was the second time I have replaced the entire roof. Many shingles replaced in between. Millennium is a place in time and metal roofing is the material in time. It was difficult getting call backs it concerned me but the reallal is there extremely busy. My install crew was of the very highest quality I have ever seen. Very attention to detail, well trained. On site 7:30 every day for 11-12 hours each working continues very PROFESSIONAL. We set an appointment to get an estimate. They said they need wife and I at appt. So we made sure we would be available .Millennium call day prior to confirm our appt, we said yes we adjusted our schulde to be home. Then time of our appt came and passed and not so much as a call. We understand things happen but there is no excuse for not even calling. So they did call over 24 hours later, I told them we waited for hours not even a phone call so therefore their window of opportunity had passed.
