We had Millennium install windows for us it was a nightmare it took weeks for them to install never returning phone calls. They sent their installers out 7 times to measure one window and still could not get it right. We have one window left that they took three templates it looks horrible we are now having to have it reframed. Don't use this company poor service quality is not that great for the money way over priced
We were hassled by this company to the point of thinking of purchasing a new metal roof from them. We were told weather permitting the roof would be done in 10 days. The weather was great and never talked to or saw anyone during the following month. We left messages and emails with no return communication. Finally, we told got in touch with someone and they practically refused to abide by the quote we were given originally. On May 28th 2017 Mr. & Mrs. B**** signed a contract with Millennium Home Design. When we contacted the customer after the sale, MHD was told by Mr. B**** he was not able to get the funding. On June 6th 2017 Mr. B**** requested we try to secure financing for them. We were able to do so and we arranged on June 16th 2017 to meet Mr. B**** and have all legal documents signed. My wife and I are very happy with Millennium. From the salesman to the installers we felt with people that we would invite back to our home for future projects. Also the roof looks great!
We had a representative stop by one evening about 4:00 pm. We told him we might be interested so he called a marketing manager who immediately called us back. We set up an appointment to talk to them and they were there right on time. We liked the deal so set up a time for them to start. While the quality of material and workmanship was good , communication from company to customer was lacking. From signing of contract to completion was 52 days. Workers were on site 5 of those days. We called 6 times asking about when the gutters would be installed, given numerous dates.
I'm very satisfied with the metal roof they installed. Communication about when it would be installed could have been a little better but they still got it done very quickly. The work crew was polite and accommodating. My porch roof was in bad shape and they fixed it and explained everything to me. I'm thrilled with my new roof.
We are so proud to share the look of our new roofs, one one the garage and one on our home, which has 2 skylights. Rich, our sales person called mid February of this year and asked if we would like a quote for a new metal roof. My husband and I were already considering getting a metal roof, so he made an appointment with Rich to share is companies products. We needed a new roof (3rd one in less than 10 years) and decided to go with a metal roof. We had friends who used this company and were very happy with the product and the workmanship. So we contacted them along with a few other companies and decided to have Millennium Home Design,LLC install the roof. They gave a fair price and a fair warranty. Roof looks great! Some communication issues with installation crew but got resolved in a timely, respectful manner. Salesman Rich was quite helpful!!
