I contacted them for service and they gave me an appointment. A no show, no call, I called them for a reason. They gave me another appointment and again no show, no call. To me it's very unprofessional. Maybe a air conditioner sleeve is to hard for them?
This company is the worst. I made an appointment about 6 weeks in advance of my date. I took the day off of work and had to call a few days before to confirm because I had heard nothing from them. I called Millennium Handyman because of their high ratings and they are located very close to our office. I spoke to two different people when booking who BOTH confirmed that a technician named Kyle would be out between 12 and 3 to complete the work and that Kyle would call 20-30 minutes before showing up. At 3:20, with no call and no one showing up, I called the company to find out what is going on. An excellent service! Joseph T. did a wonderful job in sprucing up and painting my bathroom and a couple other odd jobs. He also removed my treadmill from my office, which was no easy task. I am so happy with the work and will definitely be calling Millennium Handyman again in the future for other repairs.
Not only does Millennium Handyman company produce high quality work and craftsmanship but they are also affordable! Installing shelving for our bookroom, hanging artwork and fixing holes in our walls showed our students that we want the best for them. Justin was excited to learn about our students and provide services that we needed to start the year in a safe and productive environment! I will be using them again and again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with true professionals
